Estimates and quotes
The website gives a range. The engineer gives a fixed quote on site before starting. Nothing is fitted without your yes.
Call-out fee
There is no call-out fee when we do the work. If you decide not to go ahead after a diagnosis, the first hour is charged at the standard rate.
Guarantee
Labour is guaranteed for twelve months; parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which we register for you.
Payment
Card, bank transfer or Apple Pay on completion. Larger jobs are staged: a deposit to order parts, the balance on the day.
