How we handle your details.
We keep what we need to do the job and send the invoice. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared.
What we collect
Name, phone, email, address and what you told us about the job. If we do work, the invoice and certificate records the law requires us to keep.
How long
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after twelve months. Job records and gas certificates are kept for seven years.
Your rights
Ask what we hold and we will tell you; ask us to delete it and we will, unless a certificate has to be kept. Email hello@dispatch.co.uk.
