Most boiler faults are one of about twenty things. We carry the parts for the common makes — Worcester, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi — so the first visit is usually the only visit.
How the price works
The diagnostic fee covers the first hour and is waived if you go ahead with the repair. Parts are charged at cost plus a fitting fee we agree before we open the box.
